On-site & In-shop Repairs
Lots of customers bring their equipment to our conveniently located, 4500 square foot office and repair facility on Robins West Parkway in Warner Robins. Many times, however, it isn't convenient, or even possible, to bring your problem hardware to us. When that is the case, we have a late model fleet of service vehicles ready to bring our service technicians to you.

Maintenance Support Contracts
If you operate on a budget and need to be able to predict your IT
expenses for a fiscal period, or if you hate to get hit with those
unexpected repair bills, maybe a TCS Service Contract is what you
need. When you have a TCS Service Contract, TCS becomes your IT
department. If a problem arises with your covered equipment, you
simply call our office and our technical staff will resolve it,
either remotely or with an on-site visit. No matter how much time
the repair takes, you
pay a fixed monthly amount and we do the rest. We even cover malware
and virus infections, and Remote Monitoring is included. Contracts also
include installation of items purchased from TCS, telephone
support for general computer questions, and can include items such
as firewalls and firewall subscription renewals, and anti-virus
software subscription renewals.

Remote Monitoring Services
TCS offers remote monitoring of your network to ensure successful backups, warn of hard drives that are failing or nearing capacity, and detect various other hardware and software errors. This data is updated every fifteen minutes and allows us to detect and resolve many issues before the user is even aware they exist.

Remote Off-site Backup
Our remote backup service utilizes your internet connection to backup your critical data to a secure server at our Warner Robins location. It works with servers, workstations and even laptops. Your data is stored locally on secured servers at our TCS offices, so you never have to worry about it being in some foreign country. Your data is encrypted and secured with a unique password you choose. That means your data cannot be accessed by anyone unless they have your password.
