The Survey Says
In December 2009 we began asking our
customers to complete a survey telling us about their experience with TCS. Since that time we have received a
number of responses and we are pleased to report the following:
- 100% of respondents say
their problems were resolved to their satisfaction
- 100% of respondents say our office staff was "very courteous"
- 100% of respondents say our technicians were "very courteous"
- 100% of respondents say our technicians were knowledgeable
We believe these responses speak volumes
regarding TCS, our staff and technicians. As great as those responses are, it is the next two by which we are
most honored. Because our success as a service provider depends on satisfying the needs of our clients, we
believe it is their continued patronage and willingness to recommend TCS to their friends and colleagues that
are the true measures of our success. Therefore, we are VERY pleased to report the
following:

say they are "VERY LIKELY" to use TCS
again
- 100% of respondents
say they are "VERY LIKELY" to recommend TCS to others
We hope the results of this survey give
you some insight into TCS, how we view and care for our customers, and how our customers view
us.
